VEHICLE CONDITION
The beautiful exterior color is glossy and accentuates the beautiful lines of the car, as if it were carved from an ingot of steel. The interior shows little to no obvious wear, and the overall cosmetic appearance of the vehicle is very good to excellent. The condition of the car is consistent with its mileage, with slight evidence of careful usage. Please keep in mind that this is a used vehicle that has been driven, but the owner is sure to find this car to be in excellent shape. Cosmetically, there is a chip in the paint just above the door handle on the driver's side door, and the plastic on the underside of the nose has some scratches from usage that are not noticeable unless you crawl underneath the car. Additionally, there is one tiny scratch on the center console about 1/8" in length that is barely noticeable, and the left rear wheel has very slight "curb rash" in one spot. Please note that I am trying to be fairly critical of this 911 to ensure an honest and accurate description, as well as to ensure the satisfaction of the buyer. The interior still looks new, without any of the wear on the side bolsters of either seat, that one might expect with such soft leather. Overall, this particular Porsche is extremely clean, and the car is basically "perfect" with the exception of the minor blemishes listed above.
The car was fitted with brand new, original equipment Continental Sport Contact 2 tires less than 5K miles ago, so the new owner can immediately begin enjoying this exceptional vehicle. If you are seriously interested in owning a newer Porsche in excellent condition at a very fair price, please give careful consideration to this car. I am so confident that you will like this car, that I am offering a "money back" guarantee. If you are the successful bidder for this auction, I will refund your deposit minus the listing fee if you are not completely satisfied with this Porsche after making a personal inspection of the car. I want to ensure the complete satisfaction of the buyer, so do not worry about paying for a car that you have not seen. Additionally, please keep in the mind that the car was just underwent a major service at the authorized Porsche dealership, so the new owner should have no worries about any surprises or costly mechanical repairs after purchase. However, be prepared to buy if you bid, and all other terms of sale still apply. Inspection of the car after receipt of deposit DOES NOT entitle the winning bidder to haggle or negotiate a lower price. All winning bids that do not meet reserve will be considered, and I welcome all reasonable offers.

All bidders must have funds available to complete this transaction at the end of the auction, and all pre-purchase financing and payment are the sole responsibility of the buyer. A refundable 10% deposit in the form of a cashier's check or wire transfer is required within three (3) business days from the end of the auction in order to secure the vehicle. The winning bidder is responsible for the balance of payment in the form of cashiers check or wire transfer within seven (7) business days from the end of the auction, unless special circumstances are requested and accepted prior to the auction closing. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle, but the seller can store the car for up to thirty (30) days from the end of the auction if full payment is received. Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer, however the seller will assist in securing suitable transport for the vehicle to your front door, if requested at the time of closing. Additionally, the seller will gladly pick up the buyer at the Tulsa International Airport (TUL), and you can drive home in your new Porsche.
By bidding on this vehicle, you are entering into a legally binding contract, so only qualified and capable buyers over the age of 18 may participate. The seller reserves the right to verify or contact bidders, to ensure a fair and honest auction. The seller reserves the right to end the auction prior to closing without any liability, as the vehicle is advertised locally. The buyer is responsible for all applicable fees and taxes upon registration in their home state. The only additional fee not included in the sale price is a $90.00 Documentation Fee for title transfer, tax stamp, and miscellaneous paperwork. In fairness to all potential bidders, please do not ask the reserve price, as it will not be disclosed prior to the end of the auction. However, please feel free to use the "Buy it Now" Feature, in order to immediately secure purchase for the vehicle.
